Conservative Signs stolen in Arkansas

While putting up signs for the Jim Keet for Governor campaign, I catch 2 thugs wearing all black stealing signs. The first one was stolen at the corner of JFK & Osage, the second was at JFK and Indian Hills, and 2 more were pulled out and thrown down at JFK and North Hills Blvd in North Little Rock. They were driving a black SUV, which you can sort of see in the first few seconds. Their license plate # is 931 LKX. After I filmed them, they went down JFK doing about 60. I had to call the cops while driving so the video is of course very shakey!
